Started at Accenture, The company that learned me to live and breath processes. For the majority of my time focussed on helping Service Centers and Social Media Service Operations. With Digital around the corner I got attracted to the technology side of things. This ultimately led me to Salesforce, the company that taught me to see Technology as an enabler to become more customer centric.
Through my job, I help companies transform to become more customer focussed by looking at people, process and technology.
At the same time enjoy being a dad and see how all of the above is not helping me with any of the challenges in parent live.
